What to Expect at Your First Consultation

Before You Come

Take a breath.
You've made it this far, and that takes courage.
There's no need to be nervous... we're here to help, not to judge.
If it helps, write down a few notes about:

  • When your symptoms started
  • What makes them better or worse
  • Any major life events or stresses around that time
  • Medications or treatments you've tried
But don't worry about having everything perfectly organized. We'll walk through it together.

During Your Consultation

Your first consultation will take 45 minutes to more than an hour.
Here's what we'll talk about:

  • Your symptoms: We'll ask you to describe them in detail. How they feel, when they started, what triggers them, what gives you relief.
  • Your whole health: Your diet, your sleep, your energy levels, your digestion - everything your body does daily.
  • Your story: We'll ask about your medical history, your family's health history, and your life journey. Some questions might surprise you. ("Tell me about your childhood." "How do you handle anger?" "What are you afraid of?") Trust the process. These aren't random - they're essential to understanding you completely.
  • Your life now: Your relationships, your work, your stress, your joys. Who you are as a person, not just as a patient.
After we have a complete picture of you, we'll prescribe a homeopathic remedy tailored specifically to you.
Not to your disease... to YOU.

After Your Consultation

Healing takes time, especially for chronic conditions.
Here's what typically happens:

  • Acute issues: You might feel better within hours or days
  • Chronic conditions: Real, lasting change happens over weeks to months as your body rebalances itself
We'll schedule follow-ups to track your progress and adjust your treatment as needed. This is a journey we take together.

A Note on Questions:
If we ask something that seems completely unrelated to why you came in, please answer anyway.
In homeopathy, everything is connected. That childhood fear or that recurring dream or that specific food craving - it all helps us understand what your body is trying to tell us.
The more honest and complete you can be, the better we can help you.
